8 Data Retention & Deletion Period
918ksi does not retain your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Our data retention periods are as follows:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration your account remains active and for 7 years following account closure, in line with Malaysian legal requirements.
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with financial reporting and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Support Communication Logs: Retained for 2 years for reference and dispute resolution purposes.
- Analytics & System Log Data: Retained for 12 months, then permanently deleted or anonymised.
- KYC Documents: Retained for 7 years from the date of submission, in accordance with legal compliance requirements.
Once the retention period expires, your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with your identity. This deletion process is carried out automatically and periodically according to a schedule set by our compliance team.
9 Child Privacy
Platform 918ksi is exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect or process any personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
Absolute Prohibition: If we discover that personal data has been collected from someone under the age of 18 without our knowledge, we will immediately take steps to delete that data and close the account in question. Parents or guardians who suspect their child has registered on our platform should contact us immediately at

The age verification process through KYC we implement is one of the key measures to ensure no minors use our platform. We also encourage parents to use parental control software on devices shared among family members.
10 Changes to the Privacy Policy
